Christmas Gifts - 2019

Popcorn makers were another in thing for X-MAs gifts at one point I recall. I guess you need all that cooking equipment to feed all your cabbage patch kids and beenie babies lol

Got a popcorn maker, 5-6 cabbage patch kids, and a couple 20 gallon rubbermaid containers of beanie babies (we bought maybe 4 of them. the rest, a neighbor had a shop, she sold beanie babies, she retired and gave my kids about a hundred of them).

Family model is bad for the economy...

Looking around all I see is hand me downs or freebies just for hauling away... got several cars that way, TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc... friends bought a home and gutted it...

As a society we are rich based on what we throw out...

I got my George Foreman Grill (it was a Christmas gift).
My baby George rotisserie (got it the same Christmas. Gonna do a chicken on it tomorrow).
A panini maker (free gift from a casino).
Heck, I even have a 4 slice toaster. :laughing:

Bought a Sony Camera for my wife for Christmas. Supposed to be 20 mP. Yeah right! I contacted Sony and sent them some images and their reply was. "yes, that camera is faulty and those images are not 20 MP."
I have returned the camera for a refund. NOW! what do I get her?

I think we have one camera store left in town. They are a bit more expensive, but the knowledge they have is priceless. :thumbsup:

We have at least 2 dedicated camera houses. The reason I went to Digital Warehouse is because they had black Friday sale and had big discounts on. Lesson learned.
