I don't get to see my daughter as much as I like her living in Indiana and all. But yes it did mean a lot to her to be able to bring Jim along to meet the wife and I and to see how we approved of him. When she got back in Indiana late Sunday she called to make sure that I liked Jim. It makes me feel good that she still respects my opinion, and yes she has my approval.

I promise though that the next time Jim comes back to town I will get him dirty. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Actually Murph when Jim first came to the door with my daughter and extended his handshake I quickly said well it's great to finally meet you Ted, Tim, err, Sam.
