CK 25 HST - Are these Reviews Legitimate?

I have done the paper (website) spec comparisons. I was more looking to see what people found when they actually did their comparisons as to why they went one way or the other.

I am very satisfied with the Kioti CK30HST -- every time I relook at it the construction of thick steel, excellent welds, and hydraulic flow re-impress me. The FEL arm cracking problem was fixed when Kioti redesigned the torque-tube to penetrate both sides of both arms and added reinforcing plates. Clearing another trail through woods last month, in 4WD Low with the rear differential locked, thought I was on tracks again. Beware of other-brand trolls or a few sellers spamming reviews.

I've owned a John Deere, loved it, and rented other brands while clearing and building here. This CK30 is a Keeper.

Mr D I looked for almost 2 years at everything narrowed it down to kubota L 2800 gear/3400 hst and kioti ck 25 gear/30 hst. I liked the gear and Mrs. pipe welder liked the hst. The ck 25 won so far over 100 trouble free hours. I liked the hydraulics of the kioti better and the adjustable rod ends on the 3 point hitch. And the dealer did play a part in the deal. Like everyone said to me try them all out many many times, sure gonna miss all those free rides. good luck

I'll have to "remember" when I'm at home to dig up the pix. I'll write myself a note and try to remember to look at it this evening. If I don't post anything feel free to rattle my cage!

The dash lights up very well in my opinion. At least as well as my GM truck.

The engine is as smooth as the Kubotas I've run. As good as any diesel I've been on. It doesn't shake your beer flat idling, that is, unless you're moving on a bumpy surface. Very dependable, easy starting, no oil conusmption, easily maintained, the engine is a strong point.

Be sure to get the new style loader. Nuff said.

I compared the Kubotas and they are also a great tractor. The choice was between a GL3130 and my CK30 and the price difference was nearly 4000. The quality and features were very similar.

I have 487 hours on mine now and besides the loader, the tractor has been very good to me.

ROTFLMAO how'd I know you'd get that in there. All Yard beer is good beer, not shaken or stirred

Be sure to get the new style loader.

Rgr 'dat, Mr_D the new loaders have a "B" suffix on their sticker, like KL130B.

The dash lights are fine at night, don't want to get night-blinded by them either. I'm adding two halogen 35W flood lights to that rops bar to help light up the work area. Winter nights are coming too soon.

Mr_D, I was one of the poster in the review on the other site. Now after 110 hours I would buy another Kioti in a heartbeat. I was looking a Kubota (B or L series I think it was 2+ yrs ago) with a loader and backhoe and the Kioti was a little over $2,000 less. I'm still very pleased with it, even with the cracked loader which hasn't stopped me from using it. I too have not had a beer go flat not even a light beer.
