Glad to here your problem is solved. 6 months is a long time to be without a working tractor. Also happy to hear that Kioti did the right thing with the warranty.

Final Update ! .... In what was thought as a hydrolok due from filling the oil to fast thru the manifold service port, turned out to not be the case at all. The hydrolok occurred due to the #3 fuel nozzle leaking and filling up the cylinder. So when i went to start the tractor i had a partial lok. Thats what was causing the tractor to smoke. ...Thanks for all the advice everyone !!

Thanks for the final report.

Glad you are back in business and that Kioti helped with the tab. It doesn't matter to you now, but maybe the chicken and egg are reversed here. This "problem" started right after the oil change. It's a very suspicious coincidence for an injector to fail suddenly at the same time as the oil change. Also, it would take a LOT of fuel to completely fill the prechamber and cause a hydro lock. Also, the mechanical IP only pushes fuel (to the injectors) when the engine is turning: it can't put fuel in the cylinder when the motor is stopped. On the other hand, an oil hydrolock from the valve cover refill might damage the injector, particularly a hydrolock strong enough to bend a rod. All this is moot except it underscores this recommendation: If you have the red, right-side oil fill port, use it.

I was thinking the same thing.
Probably done that way to get warranty help.
Use a different hole for oil fill up or pour slower.

I also changed the fuel filter that same day. Mechanic said the injector had debris in it and wouldn't close so fuel kept leaking into the cylinder. Anyway all is good now.

I now use the oil fill port by the fuel filter...lets it go straight to the crankcase.
