Not yet...Kioti is "scheduled" to have a CK25 and CK30 out by this time next year...but as you can see by when the CK20's were supposed to be here and the time we actually took delivery -AND- by the current shortage of CK20's, that may or may not happen in one year. They are supposed to be introduced this fall at a farm show...shoppintractors has done a bit of research on this, he can perhaps provide some additional details.

Well I made a few calls this morning and finally ended up talking to Kioti directly, here is what I found out about delveries and warrenty work.
1. Ck20's are very scarce, Kioti checked with all the dealers in my area and NY and found none /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. Next shipment is to arrive in port July 30 /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
2. Amy at Mt Cobb has one in stock its equipped with turfs and mower. It is not set up for the loader. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif (incidently she was very nice to talk to and provided almost the exact info as Kioti did regarding the next shipment)
3. Regarding warrenty work. If you purchase a tractor from a dealer that is not local it is up to the local dealers discretion if he wants to do the warrenty work. There ar no penalties and he is not required to service the equipment if he did not sell it. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif The dealer you purchase the tractor from is required to do the warrenty work. This is directly from Jeanette Ingram at Kioti. She stressed that local dealers were the best avenue for purchase and most all will bend over backwards for you.
4. I sensed frustration from all the dealers I spoke with regarding their inability to get the CK20's while demand was high.

CK25/30 is scheduled to debut at the Empire Days Farm Show in New York in August. I haven't heard a confirmation that they will definately be there as of yet. They will be based on the next larger frame size.

dang, this almost directly contradicts the letter Kioti sent to all dealers back in April...i wish i would have printed out a copy of it. It stated that any you could get warranty repairs at ANY Kioti authorized dealer, and that dealers were paid a fair rate for warranty work so they wouldn't be losing any money by doing it...
Any of the online Kioti dealers here willing to post in more detail about this?

That statement is contrary to what the published Kioti warranty statement says(which was revised recently).

<font color="blue"> Warranty Program

KIOTI is proud to offer a comprehensive warranty program to the buyer of any new KIOTI compact tractor, attachment, implement or part purchased from an authorized dealer. KIOTI will repair or replace, at its option, any part covered under warranty that is found to be defective during the applicable warranty period. Warranty repairs must be obtained at an authorized KIOTI dealership and require proof of purchase.

This is a fairly new revision so perhaps it hasn't filtered down to all applicable departments.

Dear Ted,

Thank you for your inquiry. I have called several dealers that had CK20's and all are sold. We should be getting more in by the end of July. Is the dealer in PA that you are referring to Group Farm? If so, his has been sold also.

In reference to the warranty inquiry, most dealers will bend over backward for you if you purchased your tractor from them. Lets face it, service is everything, and if a dealer knows you purchased your tractor someplace else he may do the repair but you will not be a priority. His customers who purchased a tractor from him will be his priority, if they have a problem with their equipment the dealer will go the extra mile to make them happy. There are no penalties, but the dealer is not REQUIRED to service your equipment if he did not sell the item, the dealer you purchased your equipment from is REQUIRED to provide warranty work. Sometimes it is better to pay a little more when you know your going to receive good service, in the end it will save you alot of headaches.

I do hope that this information has been helpful.

Thanks again,

Jeanette Ingram
Kioti Tractor

This is a copy of the email I received from Kioti, it makes me more than a little nervous to purchase a tractor from an out-of-state dealer. I don't want to be hauling a tractor 300 miles back to a dealer for warrenty repairs. Ofcourse, when I finally decide on the tractor I want there are none available. I am not a patient person and waiting to the end of July for a CK20 will be very difficult.
