Dear Ted,
Thank you for your inquiry. I have called several dealers that had CK20's and all are sold. We should be getting more in by the end of July. Is the dealer in PA that you are referring to Group Farm? If so, his has been sold also.
In reference to the warranty inquiry, most dealers will bend over backward for you if you purchased your tractor from them. Lets face it, service is everything, and if a dealer knows you purchased your tractor someplace else he may do the repair but you will not be a priority. His customers who purchased a tractor from him will be his priority, if they have a problem with their equipment the dealer will go the extra mile to make them happy. There are no penalties, but the dealer is not REQUIRED to service your equipment if he did not sell the item, the dealer you purchased your equipment from is REQUIRED to provide warranty work. Sometimes it is better to pay a little more when you know your going to receive good service, in the end it will save you alot of headaches.
I do hope that this information has been helpful.
Thanks again,
Jeanette Ingram
Kioti Tractor
This is a copy of the email I received from Kioti, it makes me more than a little nervous to purchase a tractor from an out-of-state dealer. I don't want to be hauling a tractor 300 miles back to a dealer for warrenty repairs. Ofcourse, when I finally decide on the tractor I want there are none available. I am not a patient person and waiting to the end of July for a CK20 will be very difficult.
