Well I finally got my tractor and immediately put it to work, so far I have dug up 9 stumps in various sizes. The backhoe makes the CK20 dance, its a strong piece of equipment /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Nice looking set-up! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif how long to dig out a stump that size? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Some stumps are easy and seem to pop out of the ground while others are more tenacious clinging for dear life. It always comes down to finding the last hidden root. On average about 20-30 minutes for those pictured. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Here's a picture before I got it dirty. I got the CK20HST TLB from Carver Equipment for $16,020. Good people.

Dewave,

Nice pictures and very nice tractor. A couple of questions if you don't mind. The ROPS looks like it is non-folding. Can you tell me the overall hieght from the ground to the top of the ROPS? Also, does the gray colored backhoe subframe come off when you unhook the backhoe? If not, how much clearance is there between the subframe and the ground?

Thanks,

cbh

The non-folding ROPS are 76 3/4 inches high for my set up and fits with room to spare thru my standard size garage doors.

Yes, the grey part comes off with backhoe. Only 2 pins hold the BH in place. I'll take some pictures tomorrow to provide a better understanding of the subframe. Ground clearance is 8 inches with the subframe. Today I hit a small stump with the subframe, I turned the tractor around and with the BH popped it out like a zit. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
