CK2510 poor preperation by dealer

I got my tractor back today. Bassani Power Equip in Hamburg, NJ took care of all the problems with coordination from Customer Service at Kioti usa NC. They had to order new ROPS supports from So Korea and get new rear remote hydraulic lines. They expedited everything and used next-day delivery. Everything looks real good. The rear lines now come out in the center of the tractor and they are secured with a bracket. Looks like nice engineering. They checked over the entire tractor and attachments and re-greased everything. It took some time but they took care of me. I worked my tractor about 5 hours today. Got a lot of work done.:)

Good show!

Sounds good.
Its just a shame the BS you had to go through when it should have been delivered in the proper condition the first time

Excellent! Now doesen't it feel good to know the Kioti name means something, and you CAN rely on them and us here on TBN to get you where you need to go?!
And, I told you it would work out, didn't I.?!:confused2: Couldn't resist....but seriously, real glad you are made whole, and I hope your selling dealer gets spanked hard.

Good for you Buggs, I'm glad everything worked out. Now enjoy that tractor.

Buggs, Now that you have the bugs worked out, how about your review (and photos) of the new (and corrected) machine?

One thing I learned in my old age is that cost (e.g. paying more) and schedule (delays) problems are temporary. But if you don't like the product, that's a problem for the duration.

I'll post some pics soon as I can. The real noticeable thing was the rear hydo lines. I'll post before and after. They had to replace the supports that attach to the axle/frame and support the rear fenders/ROPS/etc. They checked all the assembly and bolt torques and re-greased the whole machine. They also welded on grab hooks I provided and didn't charge me (even to I asked them too).

I've had about 4-5 hours seat time since the repairs and it digs and spreads and soothes better than I can operate . I'm gonna post a full review in the review section when I feel experienced enough. My only criticism is that it took two weeks of arguing to get any action. It could be they are under-staffed both at the corporate level and in the field. Also since I'm buying in a homeowner-market area as opposed to a farming environment most dealers here in the tractor business it's a portion of the business. NOT the bread-and-butter.
