CK30 Injection Pump

Sorry to tell you guys but the teeth in the pump gears are kaput! I had same problem @ 200 hrs Called dealer and was given cold shoulder as my tractor was a 2007 and warranty was up. Was told that for several years pump had a problem, Kioti knew but never fixed. Now they have new pump with better gears for $ 1076 + tax. Part # E5500-51015. Replaced pump and tractor runs fine. Took aproximatly 3 hrs had to remove intake manifold and hood. Took old pump apart and one gear had 3-4 teeth broken other two gears look ok. I have a ck25 and had pretty much identical problem, I removed the pump and had it rebuilt by bosh injector shop that I found locally. I was really fortunate it ended up costing less than $600 to rebuild
