Anyone else with a CK3510 or 4010 have issues with controlling their loader? Using the bucket is not too bad, but while using a set of pallet forks it's very touchy when lowering..... like raising up level (up and roll forward simutaneous) works decent... BUT going down level (curl back & down) is horrible.... If you aren't careful when you first start to go down and curl back at the same time It dumps forward very fast (like end of forks may drop a foot or 2) depending on weight but then recovers as you go farther into the position on the valve. It's very easy to dump a load unexpectedly if you aren't ready for it... The dealer has been out a couple times to check it out and says its a known problem on the ck10 series loader valves but that Kioti hasn't issued a recall or bulletin for it.. Has anybody figured out a fix for this or have any clue what might fix it? It's like there's a load check not working correctly

Did you ever get this resolved? I also experience this with my forks.

This problem goes back to 2004 . I have a 04 CK30 that when I use the loader forks with weight I have to be extra cautious .

I had the 2015 Ck35hst, and never notice this issue with my pallet forks. I just bought a ck3510hst last week but havent taken possession yet. I hope I dont have this issue.

Not sure of this setup but I have a CK2510 with the same type of response. I find that if I rest my hand beside my knee/ thigh while using the joystick, I am better able to slowly things down and have more control. Not a fix but an operator quirk is all.

Unfortunately no. One of their techs said it may be something as simple as a shim either to thick or too thin on one of the spools but wasn't sure

Same here..... Good thing is that the joystick is located where you can control it easier like you said by resting against your leg.... if it was mounted up on the loader frame I think I would had quite a few dumped loads by now . I can deal with the touchyness of the valve, I just wish it didn't have that short dump spurt when trying to lower and curl back

Congrats on your purchase! Even with the minor loader issue, I think you'll love it...... Pretty tough machine

I have a CK2510 HST and have a similar problem. What happens is that the bucket will fold under the weight of the loader arms. After you dump the load in the bucket and lower the loader arms. Then go to back drag the fill the bucket will go flat or fold on its own. No hydraulic pressure on the bucket to hold it. As soon as you move the spool valve for the bucket the hydraulic pressure will hold the bucket in its place. I was told from the kioti dealer that this a defect that all the CK model line have. When this happens you can actually get off the tractor and move the bucket up and down by lifting it with your hands.

I have noticed this same thing on my 2510. I thought maybe I was starting to develop a bad cylinder or two.

May not be related but on my 2006 CK30 there is a float position for the curl when you move the lever fully to the left position. If you only move it slightly you control the dump rate but if all the way left it goes to the float position and the bucket just hangs there like a limp d?*&. Not until you try to curl back will you gain back control of the curl function. Not sure of the reasoning for this function but it is there on mine and although I thought there was something wrong, but this was mentioned somewhere on this forum before. It will (i think) be amplified more when you have a full bucket of material and the load will actually cause the bucket to rotate faster than the hydraulics would normally rotate it or if it is there as a safety feature to help reduce strain on the loader with a full bucket of material when dumping. Not sure if air can get in the system or what, but it does have that float position on mine. Hope that helps.

My loader doesn't do that. It works as expected. There is tiny amount of play in the pivot points after it's been sitting for a while. Other than that, it works perfectly as it should.

The float is when you drop the whole loader so the bucket can skim the ground. Curl shouldn't float. I think something is wrong if the curl floats.

Mine was touchy on lowering with a load when I first got it. But after hundreds of hours of loader work, it now is easier to feather the control. One thing that has helped mine is to lubricate the balls in the joystick. I sprayed fluid film in there and the loader works much better, especially the float detent. When it starts to get "sticky", I spray it again. Fluid film also fixed the "faulty" ignition switch. Love that stuff.
