CK35H Fuel tank collapsed

I think I would be hesitant to try air pressure ... to much could blow the tank and in this case how much is too much?

Seriously, is the reduced capacity an actual problem? If it isn't leaking and you can live with the reduced capacity, why not just wait until summer and see if it fixes itself? After, of course getting a vented filler cap.

Thanks to all for the ideas and suggestions. This forum is very helpful.
I am happy that my local Kioti dealer is working to get me a new tank under some warranty. My guess - purely a guess - is that Kioti has had some trouble with malfunctioning fuel caps. I'll keep you posted.

Over-inflation can cause a rupture. And the escaping gas is gasoline vapour. Very flammable. You would need to drain and purge before attempting it. Or do as suggested earlier where you fill, then gently warm in the sun.

EDIT: I see you're on the trail of a new tank. That's much better!

The dealer not only replaced the defective cap but also replaced the collapsed fuel tank. Way to go Kioti dealer!! Thanks for all the support on thius thread.
