This is a great deal on the Makita table saw. I always enjoy browsing through Lowe's and Home Depot just to look around, even when I have nothing to buy just to look for deals that you just got and to look for new products coming out.

I should probably start a new thread on my pole barn project but knowing that it will be a couple of years before it is done I figured people would lose interest.

Not likely. Ever since you posted your thread on pulling stumps with forks I remember you discussing the pole barn you had in mind. Also, thought your boom pole thread was highly interesting. You're one of the most creative and innovative TBNers in these forums. I certainly would look forward to a thread entitled something like "Pole Barn in Progress" that you could update periodically as it progresses.

I found another pretty good clearance deal yesterday. I was at Sears and came across an Ingersoll-Rand model 212 impact wrench. This is a 3/8" impact with a 20-150 ft. lbs. torque rating (180 ft. lbs. max). As you can see in the picture it has a few minor blemishes on it. I think it must have been their display model because it didn't have a box or manual with it. The manual is available at Ingersoll-Rands website so I wasn't worried about that. I spent an extra $6 on Sears' two year warranty just in case I have a problem with it. I haven't tried it out on any equipment yet but I did hook it up to the compressor and it seems fine.
Sears still sells this model on their website for $164.99 so I think I did pretty good.

Yeah, I looked at the picture. I didn't notice the price tag though. I DID notice a tag on the side, but just thought it was some kind of stock tag, or something.
