Nice job reworking it. If you don't mind a suggestion? In the Picture 17-1. The upright where the bed pivots, put a angle brace down to the bed. I would be afraid the angle would fold up.

Not sure what you mean, Jerry. The bed pivot is exactly as designed by CMI. I just moved the bed back by about 7" or so. But, it is still less than the overhang would be for their 7' trailer. They used 1/4" thick material for the verticals; fairly heavy, I think. CMI says it's a 1 ton trailer. Hopefully, they designed the pivot to handle that. Easy fix if it does fold.

If you are talking about the bed, I'm not too worried about that little bit of hang over folding.
