Come Monday

   / Come Monday #31
Fact: I have owned a Mahindra 6000 for two years now.
Fact: I use it on a 500 acre farm.
Fact: It has done everything I have asked of it, and more.
Fact: It has exceeded my expectations.
Fact: I have owned JD in the past, and have a great deal of respect for their product.
Fact: When I needed a bigger tractor for my farm, I originally thought there was only one tractor, JD.
Fact: When I priced a JD to a Mahindra in the 60 hp range w/loader, Mahindra was hands down less expensive.
Fact: Mahindra offered 0% financing.
Fact: Mahindra 60 hp compared to a JD 60 hp: Mahindra steel, JD plastic; Mahindra weighs substantially more than JD; service for my Mahindra has been substanially quicker than for my previous JD.
Fact: Every brand tractor has pros and cons.
Fact: I have a loader, backhoe, 10' rotary cutter, and other attachements, and the 6000 has handled all the jobs I have asked of it on my 500 acer farm for 2 years now.
Opinion: For the money, the Mahindra tractor is a much better buy, it does not have all the fit and finish that others might have, but it will get the job done and is without a doubt a work horse.
Opinion: Purchasers are much more loyal to their manufactures than manufactures are to their purchasers...no matter what the color.
