I'm looking at a used Bush Hog Razorback 60" cutter. Are there any known weak spots to look for. I notice this cutter is in the economy range with a shear pin only and no clutch. I'm just using it for a small yard area.
For many this unit is fine and there have been no problems with those we have sold.
The shear bolt vs slip clutch is equal ground for many. You will mostly be mowing the same piece of ground so shear pins will work fine as long as you learn where it hit's things and you need to take evasive action or to remove them.
