And I'm grateful I met Frank at an auction because he generously took me from zero to capable on a strange machine in about a half hour, and to this day I can't believe I went so long without a PT. Thanks again Frank.

Hey Dan, did you stick around for the ShopBot CNC router to sell? I would have liked to have bought that too. You know, watching your machine start up with that Kohler so easily is what sold me on yanking the Subaru out of mine and installing a new Kohler. So I glad I did.
I stuck around during the cnc sell and they didn't get any bids. I can barely spell cnc so the opportunity was lost on me.
I've had a couple small issues with the kohler, but I suspect it's all due to extended time sitting in weather with degraded gas. I think I have it all running in top shape after a recent carb rebuild.
