Could you measure your B or L filter assembly for me?

Could someone with a B2330, 2620, 2920 or L3200 or 3800 measure the overall height of the fuel filter assembly? This is the filter assembly I am talking about. Kubota Fuel Filter Assy Part #6A320-58862

It's about 4.5 inches total height (bottom of filter to top of bracket). That's on my 2620.

I have that filter to convert my BX25 when it gets warmer. If it ever gets warmer!

Bottom of bulb to top of mounting flange - 4.420"
Bottom of bulb to highest point (OAL) - 4.435"

Planning to do the same and remove the second filter under the floorboard.

Me to.... Iv purchased a slightly larger inline NAPA Gold filter #3324 that looks small enuf to substitute in next change in the BX. Both D and L are a little more - maybe itll give ~ twice the filter area. I have hi hopes.

Fuel filters are being discussed in another thread also. Some are using the Wix, NAPA, or Fram G3 inlines as a pre filter.

The 3972 is the factory filter for the BX.

I measured the filter assembly, height only. From the top of the higest point of the base to the bottom of the bowl is 4 11/16. Hope this is the information you sought.

The 3972 is the factory filter for the BX.

The 3927 IS NOT EQUIVALENT to the BX factory filter, the 3972/33972 is PLASTIC MESH with a 50 MICRON RATING where the Kubota BX filter is water blocking paper.

This is why I do not trust the WIX cross lists.
