Ebay owns a 25% equity position in Craigslist the corporation because one of the original team members sold his equity to them in 2004. According to Craig Newmark, they (Ebay) have no say-so whatsoever in the day to day operation and decision making. Craig has stated that he views Ebay as a way to make available expertise and resources that Craigslist lacks.

Wonder what will happen when another shareholder sells some more stock to Ebay ? ............ especially if they hold 26% or better .....

I read in an interview where Craig Newmark said that he controlled the remaining 75% of the stock.

Rswyan chances of that are slim to none, fact is that would be as unlikely as Bill Gates stepping down from Microsoft.

What is the website for this. Out of curiosity I typed craiglist.com and what came up might start your tractor, but it definately will get you in more wife trouble than looking at tractors. JC

I bought a 42" cut lawn tractor off Craigs List at the beginning of the summer for $300. Can't beat it.
Currently looking at a portable welder/generator listed, decisions, decisions.
