Thanks for the tip.
The truck seems to have good "bones" but has plenty of little issues that need taking care of. One of those things is the latch for the tailgate. it's bent with a busted weld that wont hold the gate closed. I'll heat it up with the torch and persuade it into shape with my 5lb hammer, them weld it perminent.
