Not sure its flat, maybe just underinflated. Camber looks off though, so maybe rear axle damage from the tongue weight exceeding the suv's springs? All in all looks like a " You don't need to spend that, I can get it for you, hold my beer" moment.Looks like the back tire is flat/or damaged on the tow vehicle also. My farm wagon being 20K pounds would haul that log. But no way on earth to get it on/off.
