CS2220 Tilt Steering

The tilt lever on my CS2220 is tight as heck! I don't adjust it but that may change once my wife decides she wants use it.

The "lever" on mine is very tight when in the locked position, but the steering wheel will move up & down with not all that much pressure applied.
