CT2025 50hr service

I am approaching my 50 hours and wanted to collect the required filters and fluids before I reach 50hrs.

Where does everyone else get the filters and fluids from? I would assume the dealership would sell a complete package for 50hrs.

I looked at the PDF and not much happens at 50hrs. However I found it to be odd that the Engine Oil and Filter is at 400hrs for the first time. That seems like a very long time to wait 400 hrs for the first Engine Oil and Filter.

I kept finding contradictory information. I changed everything at 50. Dif, engine oil, and hydro/hydraulic fluid at 50. And all filters. Not sure if 100% necessary, but can’t hurt anything. On a 30k investment, what is 200$?

I also highly recommend checking torque. I had several loose bolts.

Just received my owner/maintenance pdf manual from my dealer. You do change oil and filter at the first 50 hour mark. The sticker under the hood is interval maintenance after the first 50 hours. Otherwise, it is confusing trying to sync the two different docs.
Is there a sticky for this forum? I am willing to attach the maintenance doc I received from the dealer. It was not extra cost, but sent to me when I asked for something specifying fluids used.

I'd be interested in the maintenance pdf you got from the dealer. It sounds like your dealer experience has been pretty good, wish I could say the same about mine...

I am quite the idiot. I just found the HARD COPY pdf in the compartment behind the seat! That has been the only thing that has not been top notch with this tractor purchase. The guy delivering the tractor just unloaded and said good bye.

I find it interesting that, Bobcat recommends very little service for 50hrs, but Kioti recommends a lot more for 50hrs, and they have the same powertrain.

I own a 2020 CT2025H with 265 hrs on it. It was delivered December 2020. FL-7 loader, 3rd function, belly mower, tiller, box blade, forks, chipper, flail ditch mower.

To clarify, the first 50hrs includes all oils and oil filters changed (following break in). I've attached copies the maintenance schedule from both the included Operation manual and the optional Service Manual.

Considering the supply chain issues, I felt it important to cross-reference as many filters as I could. I peeled the Bobcat stickers off of the oil, Hydraulic, and HST filters to reveal the original Daedong manufacturer part numbers. The Donaldson air filter is labeled on the housing. These are the same parts used on the (Daedong) Kioti CK2610 HST. See pictures attached.

Engine Oil Filter: Bobcat 7384298, Daedong E6201-32443, Purolator One PL10193 (extended life synthetic) , Wix 51381, Donaldson P550935, FRAM EG PH3985 long / PH3950 short, Luber-finer PH2856A

Hydraulic Filter: Bobcat 6695918, DaeDong T4260-38125, Donaldson P551779, Baldwin TST8488

HST Filter: Bobcat 7375650, DaeDong T5855-46531, Donaldson P551348, Baldwin BT305

Air Filter: Donaldson part number label on the filter housing

Fuel Filter: Bobcat 7374363, still looking for cross-reference. No english markings on filter.

Engine Oil is CK4 (suspercedes CK3 - for diesel)
Hydraulic / HST oil is GL4 and cross-references to Mobile 424 (specialized additives 10w30 for hydraulic)
Manual allows engine Oil based on temperature range: 10w30, 15w40, or 5w40 full synthetic (hint: Mobil 1 Delvac ESP full synthetic)

I called WIX and used online cross-references using the DaeDong part numbers to get the other brands.
