Buying Advice Cub cadet 154

I am looking at a cub cadet 154 to mow my yard. Its a nice tractor with a woods deck the only problem is that it will sometimes pop out of 1st and 3rd gear. Other than that runs great,uses no oil. Guy wants 900$. What do you think
