Here is the next update

Go to mow tonight, oil level ok. Mow for about 15 minutes and mower just quits. Go to restart it and it is completely dead.

Looks like bigger issues here.

So oil light still on

Now on occasion will get large plume of white smoke out of exhaust. This typically tends to occur when engaging the blades/pto.

For a while it will run ok, then I will get smoke again.

I should mention that I bought this thing used, has not been run in about a year prior to me getting it. I have changed the oil, plugs, put in some fuel system cleaner in gas tank. Is this a carb problem, should I take it to a dealer.
