I just use a 6x6 block of wood about 1' long. It's already there since I use it under the toungue jack. After hooking the trailer to the truck, I pick up the block and move it to the rear to use as my stabilizer under the trailer.

Built a small loading dock on the landscaping property to make that end of loading and unloading easier. Rebar nails, couple of RR ties and some gravel. Saves us a couple of steps and a bit safer to me not trying to hit ramps.
