This may sound like an advertisement but it is not... I have no affiliation with the dealer I am only a very satisfied customer!
The dealer I purchased my 4310 from is K.C. Canary in Fultonville NY, about 1 hour West of Albany. Mark Bruckner was my sales person and Jason Cook is the Compact Tractor Tech. I have nothing but praise for both. It took me about one year of research before deciding on JD and at that time the 4300 (now 4310)... Mark stuck with me all the way... lot's of emails and phone calls both ways. Never lost patience or tried to hurry me... very accomodating. When I decided to wait for the 4310 (about 6 months)no problem! I ordered the tractor, several weeks later JD came out with incentive $$$ on the 10 series... I called Mark to inquire... no Problem he got me $1,000 of a possible $1,200... quick and effeciently! Others were not so lucky! If you read some old posts there were some nightmares out there... other buyers were told "doesn't apply to you"... "too late"... "that was already figured into the price" etc. Some guys never saw any of the incentive $$$. When I took delivery... first at the dealer... a complete walkaround with both Mark and Jason. Went over everything including R&R Loader, BH, how to install 3 point hitch and more. Then they delivered it to my place clean and waxed! Again if you read other posts... this is not the norm!
Aux work lights were backordered... again no problem, jason came out to my camp and installed them... then stayed for another Q&A session. I met Bob Ancar on the Tractorbynet website... he lives in Cambridge NY (East of Albany)he is now the proud owner of a 4710 with lots of attachments, he also deals with Mark and Jason and has nothing but praises for them and the K.C Canary Organization. They also gave him the walkaround then delivered it to Cambridge! When he had a minor problem with the lights... they promptly drove out and fixed them, no hassle at all! I could go on but I think I've made my point... I really lucked out... Best Tractor (JD) and the best dealer! If you read some of the nightmares some of the dealers have caused (all brands)... In my opinion, the Brand is secondary, the dealer is the most importan part of the equation. Oh another benefit... Canary was not only the closest to my camp... they were the least expensive of the 3 Deere Dealers I visited! I am a triple winner!
