Well, no. Actually it's 39.

On the plus side of this I had been thinking about a BX25/BX25D but never got enough into it until this thread. I've learned what a remarkable little powerhouse they are. As I inch nearer to my second and final retirement, the BX25/D is now the leading contender.

I too, bought one a while back...one with a big "BX25D" decal on the FEL...get one...you'll never regret it! Unless of course a JD dealer dupes you into thinking
you have a...oh never mind...:confused2:

See Kubota Model Variants Explained | OrangeTractorTalks where it says that "DT" stood for double traction onolder Kubotas. Also says D or DT letters mean the thing is 4WD. As far as BX25 vs BX25D the Kubota manufacturer website says the BX24 preceded the BX25 which preceded the BX25D. Simply the model numbering for the next year. So far as I can find there is little to no difference between a BX25 and BX25D other than one model year. Both came standard with both a loader and backhoe. The specs are identical on both models.

Not kidding at all. There is no difference in the specs that I can see. Both came std with loader and backhoe as a package.
See Kubota Tractor Corporation - BX70 Series in which a footnote states that the backhoe and FEL are std on the BX25D.

The BX24 was introduced in 2006 per Kubota's "prior models" link that for some reason willnto post here, .
