Swatter... If you have Kubota insurance (KTAC), we will cover the damage and get you a new hood and pay for transportation. All you pay is the $250 deductible. Our average claim time is less than 2 days so you will have your tractor back in time for the weekend (as long as the dealer can do the repair quickly). If you're not sure if you have our insurance, send me an email at brian.carter@kubota.com and I will check for you.

You can't beat that, OK KTAC:thumbsup:

KTAC is owned by Kubota. So, unlike other insurance agencies, we have a vested interest in what type of tractor you buy (Kubota) in the event of a total loss or theft. To put it another way, my auto insurance agent (State Farm) doesn't care if I buy another Honda if my wife totals her car.

We view claims as a means to keep you engaged with Kubota and going into the dealership to look, and hopefully buy, the shiny new one! We work with authorized Kubota dealers to expedite your claim process so there isn't the typical delay associated with other insurance companies by waiting for a claim adjuster to visit the dealer (there are cases where this is needed). If you are on the fence about which brand to buy next, I hope KTAC is one of the persuading factors to staying Orange!

Note: We do not increase rate based on how many claims any one individual files on their policy. For insurance included in KCC contracts, the premium is locked in for the full term of the contract. SO... for those that have complained about the increase in premium, now I hope you understand the reason. We were way under priced and we don't raise your premium every time you file a claim so we may have to adjust our pricing from time to time. It also doesn't help when the cost of equipment goes up because of things like Tier 4 engines. :2cents:

Good to know...

So far I have bought cash so the insurance never came up.

I do appreciate Kubota efforts in customer retention.

I was very pleased with my first purchase... this year we were looking at getting a second, well actually a third TLB... my brother was leaning towards Deere and just then the loyalty program started and that was enough to make it unanimous...

One of the things insurance companies enjoy most, is the fear they instill in people, against making a claim.

An increase in premium never equals the amount of the loss.

Most insurance companies have a minimum payout before they consider your claim a chargeable accident. If that minimum is say $1000, and you have a $500 deductible, You can have a $1499 claim, and it will not have any effect on your insurance.

This also may not have any effect on your first accident free, or even your accident free discount.

You have to talk to your agent, and find out where you stand.

In this case the OP is apparently, pardon the pun, "in good hands". :applause:
