I've got the B series brochure and I didn't see much different in the smaller B tractors. The FEL capacity isn't much better and the joy stick is still in the wrong place. Yes, I like the smaller ROPS and dash, but those are minor compared to the FEL capacity and I don't want the larger B tractors because they're just to big.
I was thinking bigger yet... a B2630/3030 would give you the option of using the remote FEL valve made for the cab, relocating the joystick on the fender (that valve may work on smaller B's, I really don't know). If you ask me though, the joystick is in the way even more on the fender than when it is beside the dash. Also the bigger the tractor, the less "in the way" the dash joystick is anyway b/c there's generally more room for operator platform. The few times I do exit the right side of the tractor the joystick is never in the way but I gotta watch out for the various fender-mounted "coat hooks".
Your points about the B7610 are valid, and I suppose that could be why it's getting a new replacement.

Here's what I'd like to see...

1. More lifting capacity on the FEL so one can put a Millionzi grapple on it. This means factory QA also........Man do I want a Millonzi 48" grapple!

CrabJoe,

Did you know that American Solutions has a grapple designed specifically for the BX?

I thought of another feature:A seat that rotates and locks only part way around ,[like on a new holland] so it aids when running rear attachments while driving.Im trying to figure how to modify mine,so i can run a 60 inch rear blower.

A few things I've thought of...

Reversible wheels for a wider stance on Hills would be a nice feature.

Enough Hydraulic GPM to run some smaller Hydraulic Attachments

More Powerful Backhoe "Curl"... I run up against the pressure relief more than I like.

Slightly lower ROP or an optional reduced size to fit 7' garage doors would be nice.

Hydraulic Thumb???

Frankly, I think the 26hp BX is stupid. There is no need for that kinda power in a subcompact. .

While I would concede that I have limited experience so far, I have noticed no task that requires more horsepower at this point.

The only things I would suggest or
1. Deal with the plastic Hydro fan deficiency. Protect it.
2. Increase the 3 pt hitch lift range to achieve a higher lift.
3. Increase hydrolic GPM to increase range of implements that can be used.

And on the wish list not related to the tractor itself....
Someone develop a sub $10K mini hay bailer that the BX can handle.

I would like an analog Tach with a seperate hour meter, foldable ROPS, and reversable rims.

The whole dash should be different. The BX24 dash is embarrassing, really.

I'd like to see a cupholder that has a smaller drainage opening, or perhaps one that is screened instead of just open so that things other than cups can be tossed in there without fear of losing them out the bottom.

I'd like a horn. I'm not really sure why though. :)

How about a seat that is anything other than black? Man, the thing sits in the sun for 60 seconds, and my flesh melts to it when I sit down. It's really freaking awful!

I agree with you on the seat getting hot the John Deere I had had a yellow seat it didn't seem to get all that hot. I have thought about covering it with a white T-shirt. I wonder what other color Kubota could use for a seat orange?

I'm quite happy with my BX1500. It even has the treadle pedal I prefer.

What I would think could be done is to do a replacement of those horrible turnbuckles with solid hitch adjusters.
I made the modification a little while back, and don't know why it took me so long to get around to. Best thing I ever did.

I don't even know that they haven't done this, but I haven't seen mention of it.

I'd actually like to see them build a BX model that is SMALLER. yep, I said it....bigger is not better on my property. Smaller.....narrower, shorter, and lighter then the BX1500 was. Basically I want all the features I love, like 4WD, diesel, Hydro, power steering, 3-pt, loader, etc in a package that is more like a midsized garden tractor.

I want a ROPS that folds so when your not using the FEL and just mowing on flat ground, you can fold it up to dodge the tree limbs.

I'd like a quick attach bucket so I can swap on a snow plow or something else.

I want two pedals side by side like my JD lawn tractor for forward and reverse.

All metal!

Easy adjust 3-pt arms so I can throw those turnbuckles in the trash.

Remote hydro for the rear standard.

I want to be able to add the Kubota BH whenever I want (not a woods), and not have to buy it upfront as a package.

I'd like a full floating mower deck (like a simplicity) with the striping roller and swivel wheels on each corner for easy removal.

how about a turbo?????

When can I pick mine up???
