Snow Equipment Buying/Pricing diferent options

My old f250 plow truck has seen better days.
I'm trying to decide on my next snowplow. Thinking a 4wd farm tractor, something like a JD955. Maybe a new-old plow truck. How about a two seater quad, don't know how good they plow.
I have about 800' of shale driveway. I do want reliability.
Any ideas?

There is nothing like a plow truck with a nice heated cab. At least in this area old trucks with a plow are much cheaper than a tractor. They do not need to be road worthy if you are doing just your own driveway thus no registration/insurance etc needed.
