The Hightop (Terror XVIII, Or Kamran Motors) with the Kubota 722 or 902 engine weigh in at 3400 pounds and with an operator around 3600 pounds or 1.8 tons. The Terror XIX by Vote is 3200 pounds, and the Rippa machines 15 are 1.5 metric tons, and the Rippa 1.8 are 1.8 metric tons. Rippa are one of the few that seem to list the close to actual weight.

Yeah, it is hard to trust the factory or distributor when it comes to a lot of specs, especially weight.

I like to see owners who report what they get themselves, after having their new machine weighed.

Yes DF - they claim 4000 LB as "operating weight" full of fuel, oil, and a 600 pound operator :)

Without accurate specifications for weight I wonder how proper shipping is done? At anyrate it looks like I will be getting the Typhon Terror XVII with cab. Base model looks to be about 1500kg. Not sure how much the cab with AC adds to the total.

Just sold off my Terror X yesterday so am free to move up.
