Athens Plow Co in Tenn. sells replacement scrapers for their discs. They are pretty generic and could probably be adapted to fit most discs. Give them a call. Nice folks there and most helpful.
buy a couple extras. i have bent a few. on the old 5' disc i have. i am assuming i got a brick or rock or like caught up between in the scraper and disc. and when i went to lift up the disc and turn. the object dragged the ground and bent the scraper. i for most part bent them back. but having a couple extra's just to have on hand might be worth while if they are cheap enough. and use disc enough.
the scrapers seems to help a lot. with dirt clogs. say you just used a bottom plow. and going back with a disc. the scrapers seemed to really help get the clump of dirt off the discs. and get the clumps of dirt back down on the ground so they could be ran back over with a disc vs sticking to the disc. really helped when going over finished mowed yard. with a plow then going back over with a disc and keeping the bigger root clods of dirt from jamming up the disc.
the scrapers on the old '5 disc i have. is just flat bar metal. with a 45 degree angle cut that goes up next to disc. and then a bend (use of a metal brake) and 2 holes on other end with 2 bolts going through main frame of disc.
if you could do a mock up with some lumber. and take to a local metal shop. they might be able to make what you need.
goto a local tractor dealer, (walk in) and see if they can go through the brands they handle and see if they can find something with scrappers, and just modify to your needs.
Does not look as nice but you can just tie some #9 wire loop around the disk axle and up over frame, keep it loose and it will keep mast of the buildup out from between the blades.
