Im in the process of re-furbishing a 3 pt. disk. I purchased new axle nuts. They are square and beveled on one side. I assume the beveled side goes toward gang (inside) so that it can fully tighten without binding. Is this the case? thanks

Im not sure what you mean by binding unless you are mounting nut directly against blade. Not sure, but anyway. The nut goes bevel out, flat side in against the spacer that fits against the blade.

Correct beveled side out. The flat side goes against the lock-tab. Once the assymbled unit is torqued, bend the tabs up to keep the nut from turning.
