Thanks for the cudos..it's not as pretty as some but it is functional.

With all the window area, it's MORE functional than most!!!!! That's how I always pictured one, no added blind spots.

I really like how it is turning out, thank you for posting about this project. As soon as I modify my tractor storage area so I can get the tractor in with the ROPS up... I will be copying this... if you don't mind.

Copy away. That's one of the reasons I posted.

Anyone looking at this be aware that mine is noisy from engine and transmission sounds reverberating. The cab does not rattle but the amount of plex adds to the amplification I think. Im going to put some sound absorption on the roof and try to add some sound proofing to the floor. Its tolerable with hearing ear muffs.

Also I didnt use the fender supports that I beefed up on the ROPs. It is quite sturdy using the other supports I used.

The only thing I would do differently besides skipping the reinforcement at the fenders would be to angle the front windshield toward the back a little for aesthetics. I would start the angling from the point above the engine hood.

I got a lot of ideas from other build threads and got help along the way here. It was rewarding to make something and I'm glad to be out of the wind.

I'll post back when I get the heater and windshield wipers on.

Bumping this in case it helps others. I never got around to putting the heater in but may some day.

I know this is an old thread, not sure if you'll get a notification of my question. Very nice build, been considering a build very similar for my B7800. I even went over in my mind where I would fasten it and came up with the same places you did. One question though. How did you deal with refueling the tractor with the cab on? The B series Kubota's don't have the fuel fill in the most convenient place anyway, let alone with a cab on. Thanks for sharing your build.

On my 2620, the fill lid is on the hood. I positioned the windshield aft of the filler cap. So no problem here. I see my pictures are gone due to Photobucket no longer letting links from 3rd party sites. If anyone needs picures, I could probably fine another way to post them.

PM me in case I don't see posts here. I'm not on very often, and I think a PM will get me an email notification.
