The tag that is front is the one you want but if you can't read it it does you no good. Do you have a pic of the trctor?

If you can go on my profile there is a pic there. I checked the provincial registration and that is the number on the registration as well.

I read the thread but it wasn't very clear. According to what I read there they are saying my tractor should start with the letter E for 2005. Am I missing something?

Appreciate you cannot read the serial number. From the photo it appears you have a DK45. If you know it is a 2005 (or probably anything close say 2003-2006 or early 2007) then that is about all you really need to figure out what maintenance manual you need.

I was wondering about the actual numbers in the code line. There are 9. What's the usual number? For example is it the letter and then 9 numbers or is the letter part of the 9 numbers. Would the engine serial number help me identify it? I appreciate what Island Tractor said but I was reading that parts change with whatever version I have. Could that be a problem for repairs? I'm going to see if I can highlight the tag and make the stamped figures stand out more. I'll let everyone know what I found and perhaps that will help identify what it is. Thanks for your input.

Here's a pic of the tag I can just make out above the number Daedong usa and just below that Wilson No usa. If there was a letter on there it wasn't stamped on the plate.
