DK50SE vs NX5510 vs NX6010 All are HST with Cab, Thoughts?

I'm being polite because it is clear to me that you did not read through the process a good tech will work through to determine if a higher temp T-stat would be useful or not based on actual test results.

I thank you for your additional thoughts and will be tickled pink when we can move beyond talking about T-stats and get back to talking about features.

Wrong, again. I read through your process description, and it is of no relevance to these tractors and their diesel engines. You are the one who insists what time and stat parameters are acceptable, not me. I do know what works and the Kioti diesel engine functions don't need any changes. These machines are not a car engine and therefore many things that apply to cars do NOT apply to these simple 3 or 4 cylinder diesels.
You want to talk about features, go for it, just stop arguing that since you have some car and diesel mechanic work experience that you know more about the tractors you're inquiring about than is obvious you don't.

Eric,I am going to give you some advice and you can do with it what you want.I had a HST squealing issue when I bought my 2012 Kioti tractor.Coyote machines advice was instrumental in getting this problem resolved threw my selling Kioti dealer.If I were you being a NEW POSTER I would set back listen to what he has to say.Just because you have posted a few videos & comparsions on a some tractor models must make you a some type of authority?Set back and LEARN/LISTEN and enjoy the discussions.

Hey Kioti guys, I've been reading all of your posts with interest as I've been considering down sizing from a 100hp massey. I had thought about the nx6010 but may opt for a dx50hst cab model. One question, do you guys think the loader will safely lift 1600lb round bales when properly ballasted?

Yes, I do.

Yes. It will not be like a 100 hp Massey, but it will do the job for a hobby farmer. Not sure if it would be good for you if you are make a living moving hay. I lift round bails with a DK50HST cab, ballasted with a 7 ft snow blower. My neighbor may make the round bails lighter so I'm not sure of the weight, but it does fine using forks. I moved from a 40 hp new holland to the DK50HST. The power and lifting capability was a great improvement. Of course like most guys more power, equals more better! I would see if the dealer can get some equivalent weight so you can judge for yourself before buying. I really wanted the NX6010, but got a great deal on the DK50HST. I have no regrets.

Go slower with a smaller tractor, I can move two bales with my DK45 but always have the one on back on first and off last.

Absolutely. My LS loader isn't as powerful as the Kioti's, and I've lifted a block of steel that weighed 1,300lbs (it became my counterweight) on the FEL forks. The rear tires were light, but it lifted it fine. With a reasonable counterweight, 1,600lbs would be no problem at all.

If your heart is set on a dk50 cab there are not a lot to be had. It took me quite a bit of searching to find one at a price I was willing to pay.
