DK55c with root grapple

I used the kit from W R Long on my CK30HST. It took me all of 4 hours to install and was complete with instuctions and all parts for the installation. When done you have the button on the joystick for control. I think you would like it a lot better than the rear remotes and it does not take a genius to install or I would not have it. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I've got the wr long grapple on my dk55 and I've never put the bucket on in almost 1 year. I keep waiting to finish my chores and then put on the bucket, but I find too much to do with it. I also have the diverter valve with the button the joy stick and it works perfectly.

If you have a loader you've got to add something to your bucket or buy a grapple... period!

Enjoy!

( if you've thought of purchasing a grapple.. do it! it's probably one of the most useful tools i've used in the farm restoration. my only regret was waiting to puchase it. we just finished rebuilding 2,000 ft. of stone wall - sure beats using chains to secure large rocks to the FEL.

the grapple was built by Loflin Manfucturing. i looked at Anbo and a few others, but decided on this unit due to the price, the welds, and the weight.

i probably have ~50+ hours on this grapple.. no problems. it's plumbed through the rear remotes (will have to look into the kit that allows me to plumb it directly into the FEL joystick to open/close the grapple).

I absolutely think your tractor is the MOST! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I looked at that model and setup but had to meet the need for a tractor that would fit down the rows.

NICE!
