What I am looking for is someone that has a BX22/23 cab. All the other cabs for the BX do not accommodate the BX22/23 machine because of the backhoe. I have concerns as to how well it is manufactured and if there are any short comings using the hoe with the cab installed. I have tried to get information from the manufacturer, but there is a language problem. Most of their people are fluent in French and not that fluent in English and have difficulty answering questions. I have requested literature, but have never received any from them. I don't believe that they are a big seller of cabs in the US market.
The link that you have provide has the address stripped off by the software of the site and has nothing to do with censorship. Mohammad has explained this to my and others satisfaction in the past in another post. Thanks for trying...

LarryRB is not stretching on the cold here in NE CT.

It was very cold here in Woodstock. I'd much prefer a winter with 160 to 180 inches of snow to that bitter cold.

My house is at just over 1100 feet above MSL. When they give the local temps for the state we are consistently 10 degrees lower all year round.. Great in the summer, bummer in the winter.

The weathermen don't even know we're part of CT. We had a storm one year in early Dec that dropped 34 inches of snow. The rest of the state got like 10 inches with boughts of rain. The snow was very wet and heavy. We were without power in our area for 6 days. It took the news guys 3 days to hear that we got that much snow and damages and show up to take footage.

Anyway I have a neighbor who has a Curtis softside cab on his BX2200 and he likes it alot. It's not cheap though. He has the heater unit in it and I'll tell you it beats coming back in looking like frosty the snowman....

Regards,
Chris

Sandy...... what I am particularly interested in is how the hoe is accessed and what becomes of the glass. Also wondering how comfortable the hoe can be operated with the cab on. thanks again.......

Chris..... I am in North Woodstock and I know what you mean about the cold. We were fortunate enough not to loose power during that storm, but I know what you went through, because we have lost power for days during other storms. Guess that is why they call this the "sleepy corner of CT"..... If you see someone drooling over the tractors at the fair this weekend, it will possibly be me.... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well, you learn something new every day! I didn't realize that Ct. had any real cold pockets like that. I live on the coast at about 70 feet above sea level so I generally will be a slight bit warmer than inland areas.

I live in Woodstock CT in a deep valley.... everyone knows that cold falls, and it does get cold here.... So cold that the "wicked witch of the North" lives with me... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

very windy here, year round on the higher ground..We are the perfect distance from the eyes of most coastal storms and that is why we get tons of snow when others get little or none... As Junkman said, we are also the quite valley and not many people are interested in our area, This is good in many ways and can be harmful also
