It turns out that he could not get enough of the stump in the grapple to pick it up, so he ended up having to push it down my drive - - gravel will smooth out OK.
And, after about another hour of work, somehow a grapple cylinder broke. He left to get it welded. He just returned, so I hope he can finsh this afternoon.
