Dozer vs. Bulldozer - What do you call it?

Well, this reminds me of a story. It is a short story, guy was running his dozer on some logging roads in the fall when he lost his stanley thermos of hot coffee. He finished up and left the area until early spring. He was running the dozer cleaning up the roads to get ready for some logging and turned up his lost thermos. It still had hot coffee (that is how good the stanley thermos is).. That is what you call Bulldozing.

We call them dozers. At one point, I think "bulldozer" referred to the blade. I remember watching an old IH video and they called the machine itself a "track type tractor" with an optional bulldozer.

I don't know about the dozer but the bull is certainly starting to build up.

I can recall seeing an old ad for a crawler tractor, with bull blade. It may have been something like an IH, TD6, or TD9, with a Bucyrus Erie bull blade.
