Ya know I was settin' there looking at this thing as I was puttin' it together today.......and I got to thinkin' that it's starting to look like one of them Honda's cars the punk kids drive around.....lot's of colors and glossy....I maybe a little on the old side to be ridin' this thing when I get done?

Looks great! Looks like your prepwork on the engine paid off. Nameplate is nice and clean as well as the manifold mounts.

Do you have a sand blaster? How are you getting those parts so clean! Plastic parts (new?), axle shafts, fuel filter holder all look like new!

I would love to tell you I had a sand blaster, in fact I bought a cheap sand blastin' gun from from a local tool outlet....junk! the fact is I used a little De Walt grinder and a butt load of twisted wire wheels.
Fan blade was cleaned by wifey and simple green, radiator bottle is new, back axle's were just covered with tape when paintin' and have not been cleaned, fuel filter thingy is just painted.
Funny, for a 21 year old tractor....there is not alot of parts that I have needed for it that arn't available and I have come up with some weird little parts and have gotten all but a couple. I'm waiting for a few parts that are on a slow boat from Japan...or so I'm told

Got new rubber all the way around today...wait till ya see the monster ag tires on the rear /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif if the debit card holds out I will pick up a battery, fuel line, filters, fluid's and other stuff need and maybe I get to hear it run again this weekend /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
