i do know that unlike the standard dump trailer wear if you over load it you can twist it or have to shovel out part of your load. the side dump will dump with out any problems no matter what you put in it. as far as specialty job? like small construction like side walks for instance you can pull up beside the curb dump part way and take out what fill you need and not have to bend over with your shovel so it is easier on your back. and the break out well it can handle what ever you put in it. weather it's roofing materials, dirt, a big landscaping rock,or slug and muck with out leaking
and you did bring up a good point you cannot hual your equipment in it. but you can get a tow package on it to pull a equipment trailer behind it. so in reallity on the job when your done you could clean up your mess load your equipment and go home and save a trip or two . and the dump is made out of 100,000lb yeld material 6mm and 4mm thick all the way threw so it is a high end trailer made to last and perform as far as price it sell for around 9995.00
plus freight that the dealers have so it's in the same range as a good end dumper witch is going to be made from 10 guage hot roll plate with a 30 to 35,000lb yeild range and and if you are hualing equipment a lot you are probly going to have a trailer that is built just for that anyway. i would

I was trying not to be to critical, but it is highly specialized and will never appeal to small contractors, as it is limited to being loaded with a machine exclusively, and with the angled sides and almost no flat bottom can only be loaded with bulk loose materials.
Unlike a rear dump with 6-7 ft wide flat bottom, barn doors and only 30 inches off the ground, your only limited by your imagination as to what you can transport in them.

They do look very well made. but should be marketed to the very large operations like quarries, heavy and highway construction etc.

ya they are moving for me even with the economy being slow and i do like your in put that's why i started this thread. i am looking to possibly build the other type of dumps also but it would have to be a high end trailer to, i think that a high quality product says a lot about a person but i am unsure if i can compete in price with the others

If you could build one that does both dump rearward and sideways, I know that would be expensive but would appeal to a wider market.
I have seen truck mounted dumps that do both.

When I asked are you selling them, I meant are you a dealer for the company, I didn't realize you are the company.

I will pay extra for quality if it's something I need.

They are getting pretty good money for those knock off dumpers, I paid over $6,000. for a 6x10 - 5 ton.

i have thought a little about that idea to it is a neat concept , and thanks for your input i am new to these forums and think that this is going to be a good place to get input from real world users and it is all greatly apperiated. oh by the way my tracktor is an old fordson super dexta desiel blue and gray in color my wifes grandpa baught it brand new so it is a piece of her history

There's a company out of Canada, Pronovost, that makes a rear- and side-dump trailer for our size machinery. Pronovost- Dump trailers - Off-road service

They're pretty well made and available through US dealers.

Here's mine, a 20 footer, 14k...When I got it, I welded up some removable sides which fit in the stake pockets, and removable rear door. I have been real happy with it.

I have seen your trailer on here before. It has to be the most versatile, good for many uses trailer I have ever seen... I like that there seem to be no compromises. Its a good utility trailer, dump trailer, and car/equipment hauler that is not too small or too big and just the right height off the ground for easy loading. I would be proud to have that sitting in my pole barn if you ever decide you want to sell it.
