I'm seeking information on Dutra Tractors, they were made in Hungary. I'm particularly interested in the D4K-B, but also in the other models. Do you have recollections of them, information on their performance, tests, comparison to other tractors in the 1960s, information on Dealers, especially in the UK? Also information on the history of vDutra. There isn't a lot written on them, I've found some information on the web, but am seeking mnore info for an article I'm putting together, so any help would be greatly appreciated, TC, Bedfordshire, England

Kinda reminds me of a non articulating ford county 6.. or a doubled fordson power major that some fellow built, sticking them end to end, and then cutting the front running gear off of them.. just leaving the 4 big drive wheels... etc..

Thank you for your replies Soundguy & shvl73 about the DUTRA.

I have some of the links Soundguy, but not others, so they were very helpful. The doubled up Fordson to which you allude is the Doe Triple D or Doe Dual Drive, made by Ernest Doe & Sons of Ulting near Maldon in Essex, England. It was initially 2 Fordson Majors and then later 2 Ford 5000 tractors, when it became the Doe 130. It was designed to fill a gap in the UK for a high horsepower ploughing tractor for the heavy clay lands of Essex. Because though it was a conversion it did not have the lift capacity to match the drawbar pull. These are now going for big money, recent ones for $100,000 (one Hundred thousand USD). It IS me that has put something on YT, well spotted!
