Sure. Here ya go.

After using it for a while, I feel it limits the range of motion a bit, so I may drill a new hole below the original hole for the bolt and sleeve and move it there and the top link back to the original location.

But, maybe not. Depends.

I would just eliminate the bolt and sleeve if it was mine.

The bolt and sleeve I believe was just to make it quick hitch compatible. If you are not using a quick hitch then removing it all together would not hurt a thing and save you a lot of work and worry.
