Try the plastic bag at first, if it doesn't work (due to the large diameter) you'll need to purchase a 3" mouse.

Larry,
No big deal about your post. Always a good idea to clarify advice.
The code is a funny thing. It's the National Electric Code but it changes from area to area. Go figure. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
The code for grounding has changed dramatically when it comes to grounding in the new 2005 code.
The main ground and the Neutral are different. The Neutral is a Grounded Conductor and the Main Ground is the Grounding Conductor. Very important difference in how they operate. I can't explain it here because I would get typist's cramps. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Seems like WA. is going the way of the new code already. My AHJ will adopt in Sept. Over 3000 Changes in the new code. That's a lot to go over. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
The Ground rod at the sub is interesting to me because around here the subs are almost always indoors. I guess we'll have to put it in the slab. BTW, the ground rod is the worst grounding method available. It just isn't very effective that's probably why the change. We like the rebar in the slab with a ground ring and rod for the Main Panel. Just how we do it here. Like you said it's different everywhere.
Anyway, thanks for posting.

Farwell,
That's the way I do it. One at the head of the pull and one on the reel. Good form! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Unless, they're laid out of course and there is no reel.
