dave my dealer is a good man, I insisted that I be permitted to complete the tractor against his wishes, being a machinist and mechanic for over 25 years and having worked for a hydraulics company in Pittsburgh who invented the worlds very first vibratory pile driver Jm hydraulics machinery, I knew I would have the ability, not having no prints and only one little print for the block on tractor that was in error was a bit frustrating, I made a couple trip to the dealer and traced all hoses that came from factory from another tractor on the lot. I am going to have to live with the fit and deficiency, not the end of the world, yet a lot of balls where dropped by Mahindra that left my dealer looking bad and still an application that should have been done right from the start or not at all.

Let me tell America about my saga with Mahindra I purchased and finances a emax gear with ag tires 2014 tractor in September 2014 I ordered a burcomac snowplow with said tractor . dealer had no info on parts hydraulics nothing in the computer for the tractor and set up for plow not his fault, not avallible. tractor came in in three weeks, I took delivery of tractor, then after two months dealer gathered up all hoses parts sub frame and plow, I told him I will assemble the tractor I do not want to return it. He could not provide me with any diagrams or scamatics not avalible just one small diagram for hydraulic block on tractor that turned out to be wrong. now I get the snow plow it fits the max series tractors made by mishubishi, then I find out the snow plow for my emax 22 gear has not been put into production yet,or modified yet, Mahindra compromised the snowplow made for a mishubishi max tractor and had manufacturer redesign to fit emax tym tractor, this fit proved barely acceptable lowering front of snow plow a bit too low running sub frame down hill.. back goes the first subframe and plow and a new one now only avalible two months after purchase must be ordered. now we are into three and a half months still no complete tractor I am going on my forth payment. new plow and sub frame come in Sub frame assembled backwards from factory I mount plow bend subfram in front . fix problem block diagram supplied is wrong, make trip to dealer and look at loader application to correct. I made 20 calls to Mahindra I got a lot of listening a lot of no returned calls and never did they admit we did you wrong we are sorry what will make things right. needless to say I improved their application and added additional side braces to sub frame and muddled through all the confusion. This plow was never designed for the emax and does not fit properly , does not raise up high enough as it does on the max tractor, it was intended to fit. sub frame runs down hill toward front of tractor sits too low. a separate subframe should have been designed for this tractor, Mahindra should not have cut corners. bottom line Mahindra never really cared to do all they could to help me I talked with many people, never did the regional rep stop and care as they should have, it was ignored and swept under the rug. bottom line with the improvements I made welding mounts to subframe adding bolt in front instead of pin and adding side support arms to sub frame, the tractor is as good as it can possible be. 0rdered wheel weights came in did not fit bolts wrong size still all forgiven, turned down weights in lathe repainted bought new bolts put Chains on tires front and back. after over four months tractor finally ready to go. well here in western pa whole month of december not a half inch of snow, go figure. but I had six big piles of sand and gravel mix back filling property, I though I would see what this tractor would do. Being gentle I pealed away at the piles of sand and gravel mix. Now for the Good, this machine with the burcomac 62 in powerangle snow plow did far more than I ever could ask, snow is due tomorrow jan 6 2015 we shall see how well she does on the snow,. Now in closing. I bought the emax because it was the only tractor offered In a gear, had I known before hand all I learned the hard way I would have bought the max series made in japan by mishubeshi the tractor the plow was designed to fit. My tractor shall do fine, it is the best set up In America for a subcompact with a snowplow I am sure, Had Mahindra not been so eager to rush things and done things right from the start, having a new subframe designed for this tractor, this customer would have not had to go through **** for four months and would not have to live with a application that shall never completely be right in my opinion. for the sub frame should run square to frame from front to back. Mahindra usa spends millions of dollars telling America about this so call customer satisfaction and loyalty, well in this instance they all ran for cover leaving me John Q public holding the bag. What about all the other emax customers who do not realize they too have a tractor that has a snow plow mounted that is not a proper fit?. Robert h Joswiak fombell pa

well I am waiting and waiting five months of waiting and still Mahindra does not come to the table with any real action to resolve the troubles I have endured as well as the inferior product I am left with. What must one do ? I have called and left a message that I might Just quite paying on the tractor till such a time I receive a proper response from them concerning the continual negligence I have and continue to endure.

unfortunately, you most likely pay a bank who has already paid Mahindra. All that will happen is that the bank will take the tractor and you end up with nothing.

Get a letter from a lawyer and send it to Mahindra. Lawyers get more attention than you or me.

Robert, the snowplow sub-frame uses the loader hydraulics. I don't know of any dealers selling snow plows on a bare tractor. Because as you have found out, you then have no valve and no valve mount. It's easy enough to fabricate a mount and purchase a valve, but as far as I know, the plow or blower requires a loader to make it all bolt on without buying parts or fabricating. The fact that your dealer did not know this (my assumption....there may be more information from the dealer end...) and let you be the installer caused your grief. Had he installed, he could not have delivered until it was correct. Rest assured that would motivate him and he would have been calling Mahindra to get the needed help.

But at this point you have it mounted and we hope it works well for you. Thanks again for sharing.

the who problem started when the dealer was under the understanding that a snow plow was redily avalible for the emax in aug of 2014 when in fact not only had the snowplow that was designed only for the max series tractor, not been modified for the emax yet, but Mahindra had not even set in motion at that point any kit part numbers or any diagrams into their computer system for their dealers. for two to three months it was a fiasco for my dealer as well as me. the bottom line is Mahindra really crewed up and then ran from me rather than be open honest and up front from the start. I shall continue to follow this and post updated as I get more info, as of yet I have a tractor that is not acceptable and a world wide company who still is stalling me and will not make things good by me, the application is wrong design is wrong lift on snowplow very wrong

unfortunately, you most likely pay a bank who has already paid Mahindra. All that will happen is that the bank will take the tractor and you end up with nothing.

sent out my sixth payment on the tractor, dealer long Gone, Don,t think he gives a hoot I hope I don,t ever have a warranty problem, waiting now three more weeks after talking to customer service head, still nothing no follow up a big run around for six months Tried to call mahindra in india Phone number given as well as what is listed on the internet is boguss. I wonder if Mahindra india even knows what is Going on here in america with their company. I shall call every week until I get some satisfaction, I can not believe a company of their size would conduct themselves as they have and continue to do>

well I shall wage a war against mahindra usa . They run the most bogus organization I have ever seen it is second rate and will not stand the test of time. I do not like being cheated
and that is what they have done to me.
