Cabin, can you shed any light on the IP failure mode? For example, was the rack jammed were there visible broken parts, etc?

That woud be my hope that I never have to replace it again. I guess the best way to insure that is learn how to repair it. I will say this my ck30 seems to run smother than it did before. All said it is a very good piece of equipment.
