The inner filter is basically a safety filter in case something gets past the outer primary one. The NX comes with the primary filter only and no inner safety filter. The inner filter pushes into the plastic housing first then the primary goes over the inner filter and seals into the housing. View attachment 625267
I found this today just in case anybody owns an older NX series tractor. Kioti did upgrade the injectors as of 2015. All models use the same Rail. Early injection pump is F6800-12103. 2015 and up uses injection pump is F6800-12104. The 2015 and up use a different fuel injector. Part Number F6805-53001. The early model NX series use part number F6800-53003. There must have been issues with the early model injectors and pumps. http://demss.co.kr/dossfile/bulletintest/TRACTOR/Upgrade_Information_for_the_change_of_DDR_file.pdf
Yep that’s the aggravating thing about it for sure, do you happen to know if the other brands are that way too? I have really been thinking about trading tractors for a hydro trans , have a standard shuttle now, and my uses are starting to switch to stuff where a hydro would be a bit more useful.
I remember looking into Daedong/Kioti rebuild kits for our injectors. The F6805-53001 part number translates into a Delphi 28387256 part number. The following link provides part numbers for rebuilding the Delphi injectors used in the NX and RX series which use a 4 cylinder version of the NX three-cylinder engine. 28387256, Injector CR, Common Rail system DELPHI
Trouble is that we cannot program the lousy ECU even if we rebuild or replace our own injectors.
Why do you need to program a rebuilt injector if all you do is change out the guts?
