I'm looking at the 2016 PowerPlasma 50s, it's out of stock for 30 days or the PowerPlasma 60s, in stock.
Really like the portability of the dual voltage 50s but don't want to wait for a month.
Any of new 50s in stock on the east coast?

Paul, I work for Everlast directly and don't stock units on the East Coast. Not sure when the 50S will be in exactly, but I don't think it will be 30 days unless you buy from Amazon or someplace like that.

Where would you recommend I purchase from on the East coast?
The 50s seems to be versatile with the dual voltage 115/220

No one near you. However, you can purchase direct from me. The 50S has also been redesigned actually as the new 50Si. It's very similar, but has been improved internally.

lol. Improved internal electronics. All our ibgt plasma cutters have been improved (except the 100, which has been stellar on performance and reliability and sold mostly to factories and large producers). Also we are using the new PT 60 and 80 torches which have better performance and reliablity. In fact we have a new mosfet 50 unit wit some improvements as well, though I will reserve judgement on that for later.

also whats the down side or trade off buying a multi process unit like tig/plasma? it seems anytime i buy something all in one it ends up big time disappointing?
