I'm sorry this is just getting ridiculous.
You did not buy the battery, you bought a used tractor with a used battery, that you owned for a year. Someone else put up the money for the new battery 11 months ago. Now you want a free battery on someone else's dime who paid for the warrantee. Did the seller tell you he would warrantee the battery? Ok then you have no warrantee.
Then you climb all over Coyote machine for telling you how it is, the only one who had the balls to say it. You tell him to go back and read what you wrote and ask him if he can comprehend what you wrote .
You're just plying with us, right ? Where's the camera?
What is to stop someone from going to the junk yard buying a one or two year old battery for 20 bucks, bring that battery to the dealer of that battery and exchange it for a new 125.00 battery?? The only thing that stops that from happening is The sales slip
Why would anyone buy a new battery if this was so easy to do. It's not a free new battery in waiting for anyone in the world who happens to end up with it.
I could understand how you felt at first, and I would of probably tried to get it under warrantee also, but once you found out you need the slip and it's only good for the original owner, that is where you should have just left it alone.
I think you owe Coyote machine an apology which I thought I would read when I got to the end.
Sir, you did not buy the warrantee for the battery. You did not even buy the battery, You are not entitled to a free new battery. That is just they way it is.
